RapidDeploy™

RapidDeploy™ is a road-tested process for designing and deploying network and systems infrastructure, including the latest server virtualization technologies. RapidDeploy™ is an accelerated five-stage process that starts with facilitated design and planning sessions and centers on our unique deployment management teams.

  • VMware server virtualization / virtual infrastructure projects

  • Windows 2003 Active Directory designs and deployments

  •  Large-scale Citrix deployments

  •  Migrations to Windows 2003

  •  Exchange migrations

  •  EMR deployments

  • ASP to internal infrastructure migrations

  • Disaster recovery design and planning

Quickstart

Rapid Quickstart™ is our proven process for helping our clients to "quickly get up and running with a technology that is new to their computing environment. This includes cutting-edge virtual infrastructure technologies from VMware, and more traditional server based computing technologies from Citrix and Microsoft.

The Rapid Quickstart™ is a fixed-price engagement where we work with our clients to prepare, set up, install, and configure their new technology and get them up and running in their environments. The key to success lies in knowledge transfer. With every engagement, our expert engineers take time to transfer knowledge to our clients’ internal support staff, building confidence for the long term.

Objectives

  • Knowledge transfer

  • Get up and running quickly

  •  Provide a working and documented proof of concept

  • Develop an understanding of the impacts of the technology

  • Leverage best practices expertise

Infrastructure Readiness™

Is your current computing infrastructure capable of supporting planned or anticipated application deployments? What impact will your new application deployment initiative have on the performance of the existing applications currently supported by your computing infrastructure? Are there opportunities to improve your infrastructure? What should we do first?

We've designed our Rapid Infrastructure Readiness™ service offering to help our clients answer these kinds of questions. Using our Rapid Infrastructure Readiness™ assessment, we will:

  1. Develop an understanding and articulate the anticipated requirements (i.e., the desired state)

  2. Capture and articulate the current state

  3. Perform a gap analysis, including a “scorecard”

  4. Identify a prioritized action plan

    • What will it take to get it done?

    • What needs to be done first?

    • How can you get the biggest "bang for the buck"?
